2) If you are interested in enrolling in Music Haven’s after-school programs, click here to download and print a waiting list form. You must live in the Newhallville, Dixwell, Dwight, Hill neighborhoods and be in the 1st-5th grade. Mail the form to Music Haven at the address below, or send us the form via email.
