Participants arrive Sunday morning for a meet and greet with the HSQ and other festival participants before we break off into coachings and rehearsals. Each group will get a chance to work with different members of the HSQ throughout the day, and at least half of the time throughout the day will be coached. Lunch will be provided by Music Haven, and following afternoon coachings, the HSQ will lead an open master class for participants.

Included in your tuition for the Seminar are two tickets to the Haven String Quartet's concert on Saturday, March 10th, 2018. The March 10th program is titled "Pushing Boundaries: Women Who Compose," including music by G. Bacewicz, F. Mendelssohn, and J. Higdon's Piano Trio performed with guest pianist Andrius Zlabys and Resident Musician Patrick Doane.

Tuition for the Seminar is $175 per person (including a $50 non-refundable deposit upon application). All proceeds from the Seminar will support Music Haven's award-winning programming, which includes free after-school lessons and instruments for 80 youth in New Haven's most under-served neighborhoods. If you can't attend the seminar this year but still wish to support Music Haven, DONATE HERE!
