To ensure publication deadlines are met (Arts Paper, Daily Nutmeg, etc.), all final assets must be approved no later than 35 days before an event.

Urgent website changes (e.g., cancellations, date/time updates) should be sent directly to the Communications Manager via Slack (direct message).
